7. In-App Purchases
Quickfire Cricket may offer in-app purchases. All sales are final, and we do not provide refunds for any purchases made through the App. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees for your purchases and acknowledge that you are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile service provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quickfire Cricket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App or any content accessed through the App.
